Nel solco di questa filosofia si colloca la nuova pubblicazione predisposta dai nostri specialisti, dedicata alle malattie cardiache congenite, ossia alle patologie di gran lunga pi\u00f9 frequenti nei nuovi nati, oggi molto pi\u00f9 curabili che in passato. Nelle 60 pagine dell\u2019opuscolo \u201c<em>Il cuore del neonato, prendiamocelo a cuore!<\/em>\u201d, i genitori dei piccoli affetti da questi problemi troveranno le risposte a tutte le loro domande: i diversi capitoli approfondiscono infatti l\u2019incidenza, le cause, prevenibili e non, delle malformazioni del cuore, gli strumenti per la diagnosi sul nascituro e sul neonato, e poi i sintomi, gli interventi correttivi e le prospettive di vita successiva, trattati in modo esaustivo per ogni singolo difetto cardiaco. Non manca un capitolo sul supporto psicologico, molto importante in queste situazioni. Molto utile la sezione sulle domande pi\u00f9 frequenti, come pure il pratico dizionario dei termini cardiologici che chiude la pubblicazione.
